    GPMS — Terms & Conditions for Service

    Governing Law: State of Georgia (USA)

    1) Scope of Work

    GPMS (“we,” “us”) provides maintenance, repair, installation, and related services as outlined in written estimates or invoices (“Scope”). Only items explicitly listed are included. Any additional labor or materials require a written Change Order and may affect price and schedule.

    2) Booking, Deposits & Fees

    A. Large-Scale Projects (materials procurement required)

    • Material Deposit (100% Refundable*)

      • Equal to 100% of the estimated material cost and due prior to scheduling.

      • Held and applied to your final invoice. See Cancellation & Refunds for when this may be forfeited.

    • 10% Booking, Estimate & Purchasing Fee (Non-Refundable)

      • 10% of the project subtotal (labor + materials); non-refundable.

      • Covers project scoping, estimating, procurement coordination, and scheduling.

      • Example/minimum: $120.00 (the actual amount is 10% of your project subtotal, with a $120 minimum).

    B. Standard/Small Jobs
    May require partial deposits at GPMS’s discretion. Any such terms will be stated on your estimate/invoice.

    3) Pricing & Payment

    • Prices shown exclude taxes/permits unless stated.

    • Payment schedule: Deposits due at booking; balance due upon completion unless otherwise stated.

    • Accepted payments include PayPal and other methods listed on your invoice.

    • Late balances may incur administrative/collection fees.

    4) Scheduling & Access

    • Start dates are confirmed after deposits clear.

    • Client must provide safe, timely access to the work area(s) and utilities.

    • If conditions prevent work (e.g., blocked access, unsafe site), GPMS may reschedule and/or bill standby/re-dispatch fees.

    5) Materials, Ownership & Pick-Up

    • Materials purchased with your Material Deposit are considered allocated to your project.

    • If a job is canceled and you are not eligible for a refund of the material deposit (see §7), you may pick up the purchased materials; coordinate a pick-up date/time with GPMS within 14 days.

    6) Changes, Hidden Conditions & Exclusions

    • Unforeseen conditions (e.g., structural, electrical, plumbing issues) may require additional work and cost.

    • Client-requested changes after booking require a written Change Order with revised pricing/schedule.

    • Disposal/haul-off, patch/paint matching, and specialty finishes are included only if explicitly listed.

    7) Cancellations & Refunds

    • Booking/Estimate & Purchasing Fee (10%): Non-refundable once paid.

    • Material Deposit (100% Refundable*):

      • Fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

      • Voided/forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time or after work begins.

      • If forfeited, you may pick up materials (see §5).

    *Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after GPMS confirms cancellation and reversals with suppliers.

    8) Quality, Warranty & Limits

    • GPMS warrants workmanship as stated on your invoice (typ. 30–90 days, unless otherwise specified).

    • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.

    • Warranty exclusions include misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of God, or third-party interference.

    9) Safety & Compliance

    • GPMS follows standard safety practices. Client agrees to maintain a safe jobsite and notify occupants of work areas.

    • Permits/inspections are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in writing.

    10) Liability & Indemnification

    • GPMS carries general liability; proof available upon request.

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPMS’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    • Client agrees to indemnify and hold GPMS harmless from claims arising from client-provided materials, unsafe conditions, or instructions.

    11) Photos & Documentation

    • GPMS may document work (before/after photos) for quality control and records. Public use requires client consent.

    12) Force Majeure

    • GPMS is not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, supply chain disruptions, strikes).

    13) Disputes

    • Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution. Failing that, disputes will be resolved under Georgia law in Fulton County, GA.

    14) Acceptance

    By paying a deposit, signing an estimate/invoice, or allowing GPMS to begin work, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
