For large-scale projects, booking requires a 100% refundable material deposit (refunded if you cancel more than 24 hours before the start; forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours or after work begins) and a non-refundable 10% Booking, Estimate & Purchasing Fee (minimum $120) covering scoping, estimating, procurement coordination, and scheduling; remaining balance is due at completion, forfeited materials may be picked up from GPMS, and any eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
